Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard shipping on all U.S. orders, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days after processing.

Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping rate at checkout.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders are subject to standard international shipping rates, which are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Estimated delivery times vary by location, typically 10–21 business days after processing.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. Delta Homestead Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact contaclarrybiirdman1@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
